Your pieces and practice stay in your browser. Statistics (Google Analytics) run only if you choose Accept, and you can change your mind at any time in Settings → Your data → Statistics.

The Grind Piano is made and run by Ionita Valentin, the controller of the data described here. Contact: morfopalooza@gmail.com.
What stays in your browser
Your saved pieces, fingerings, scores, practice log and settings are stored only in this browser (in its IndexedDB and local storage), for the address you opened the app at. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing the browser's data for this site deletes them; Settings → Your data → Save a backup keeps a copy in a file on your device.
Statistics, only with your consent
If you choose Accept, the app loads Google Analytics, through Firebase — both Google services. Google Analytics then records how the app is used — the screens and pages opened and when, the approximate place (city and country, worked out from the network address), the device, operating system, browser and screen size — and stores two cookies, _ga and _ga_…, which last up to two years, to recognise your browser on later visits; Firebase also keeps, in the browser's storage, an installation identifier that is sent with the statistics. According to Google, Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Advertising features, ad personalisation and Google signals are switched off.
Purpose: to see which parts of the app are used, and so what to improve.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); Romanian Law 506/2004 art. 4(5)).
Retention: statistics linked to the cookie's identifier are kept for 2 months; totals without identifiers, longer.
If you choose Decline, or nothing, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookie is set. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings → Your data → Statistics, as easily as you gave it: the collection stops, and the cookies and the installation identifier are deleted. Withdrawing does not affect what was collected before.
If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian before choosing Accept.
The site's hosting
The site is served by Firebase Hosting (Google). To deliver the pages, Google's servers receive your IP address; Firebase keeps it for a few months to protect the service from abuse. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Recipients and transfers
Google processes this data on our behalf. It may be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States; Google LLC takes part in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Other connections, only when you ask
The other instruments (bright piano, electric piano, harpsichord, vibraphone, music box) are downloaded from GitHub Pages (gleitz.github.io) the first time you choose one; GitHub then receives your IP address.
The coffee-cup button (Support) opens Ko-fi, a separate site with its own privacy policy.
The fonts are part of the app: nothing is loaded from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing and a copy in a portable form, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest — write to morfopalooza@gmail.com. The statistics are pseudonymous: linked to a cookie, not to your name, so to find them we may need the identifier in your _ga cookie. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP: B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro (or to the authority of your own country).
Changes
If this page changes in substance, the app asks for your choice again.

Ce rămâne în browserul tău
Piesele salvate, digitațiile, scorurile, jurnalul de exersare și setările stau doar în acest browser (în IndexedDB și în stocarea locală), pentru adresa de la care ai deschis aplicația. Nu ni le trimiți nici nouă, nici altcuiva. Dacă ștergi datele browserului pentru acest site, ele dispar; Setări → Datele tale → Salvează o copie de siguranță păstrează o copie într-un fișier pe dispozitivul tău.
Statistici, doar cu acordul tău
Dacă alegi Accept, aplicația încarcă Google Analytics prin Firebase — ambele servicii Google. Google Analytics înregistrează apoi cum e folosită aplicația — ecranele și paginile deschise și când, locul aproximativ (orașul și țara, deduse din adresa de rețea), dispozitivul, sistemul de operare, browserul și dimensiunea ecranului — și salvează două cookie-uri, _ga și _ga_…, valabile cel mult doi ani, ca să recunoască browserul la vizitele următoare; Firebase mai păstrează în browser un identificator al instalării, trimis odată cu statisticile. Potrivit Google, Google Analytics nu înregistrează și nu stochează adrese IP. Funcțiile de publicitate, personalizarea reclamelor și Google signals sunt oprite.
Scop: să vedem ce părți ale aplicației sunt folosite, ca să știm ce să îmbunătățim.
Temei legal: consimțământul tău (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a) din GDPR; art. 4 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 506/2004).
Durată: statisticile legate de identificatorul din cookie se păstrează 2 luni; totalurile fără identificatori, mai mult.
Dacă alegi Refuz sau nu alegi nimic, Google Analytics nu se încarcă și nu se salvează niciun cookie. Îți poți retrage acordul oricând din Setări → Datele tale → Statistici, la fel de ușor cum l-ai dat: colectarea se oprește, iar cookie-urile și identificatorul instalării se șterg. Retragerea nu afectează ce s-a colectat înainte.
Dacă ai sub 16 ani, întreabă un părinte sau tutorele înainte să alegi Accept.
Găzduirea site-ului
Site-ul e servit de Firebase Hosting (Google). Ca să livreze paginile, serverele Google primesc adresa ta IP; Firebase o păstrează câteva luni, ca să protejeze serviciul de abuzuri. Temei legal: interesul legitim de a livra și de a proteja site-ul (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) din GDPR).
Destinatari și transferuri
Google prelucrează aceste date în numele nostru. Ele pot fi prelucrate și în afara Uniunii Europene, inclusiv în Statele Unite; Google LLC participă la Cadrul UE–SUA privind protecția datelor (Data Privacy Framework).
Alte conexiuni, doar când le ceri
Celelalte instrumente (pian luminos, pian electric, clavecin, vibrafon, cutie muzicală) se descarcă de pe GitHub Pages (gleitz.github.io) prima dată când alegi unul; GitHub primește atunci adresa ta IP.
Butonul cu ceașca de cafea (Susține) deschide Ko-fi, un site separat, cu propria politică de confidențialitate.
Fonturile fac parte din aplicație: nu se încarcă nimic de la Google Fonts.
Drepturile tale
Poți cere acces la datele tale, rectificarea sau ștergerea lor, restricționarea prelucrării și o copie într-un format portabil și te poți opune prelucrării bazate pe interesul legitim — scrie la morfopalooza@gmail.com. Statisticile sunt pseudonime: legate de un cookie, nu de numele tău, așa că, pentru a le găsi, s-ar putea să avem nevoie de identificatorul din cookie-ul _ga. Tus piezas y tu práctica se quedan en tu navegador. Las estadísticas (Google Analytics) solo se activan si eliges Aceptar, y puedes cambiar de opinión cuando quieras en Ajustes → Tus datos → Estadísticas.

Lo que se queda en tu navegador
Las piezas guardadas, las digitaciones, las puntuaciones, el registro de práctica y los ajustes se guardan solo en este navegador (en su IndexedDB y su almacenamiento local), para la dirección desde la que abriste la app. No se nos envían ni a nosotros ni a nadie. Si borras los datos del navegador para este sitio, desaparecen; Ajustes → Tus datos → Guardar una copia de seguridad guarda una copia en un archivo de tu dispositivo.
Estadísticas, solo con tu consentimiento
Si eliges Aceptar, la app carga Google Analytics a través de Firebase, ambos servicios de Google. Google Analytics registra entonces cómo se usa la app —las pantallas y páginas abiertas y cuándo, la ubicación aproximada (ciudad y país, deducidos de la dirección de red), el dispositivo, el sistema operativo, el navegador y el tamaño de la pantalla— y guarda dos cookies, _ga y _ga_…, que duran hasta dos años, para reconocer tu navegador en visitas posteriores; Firebase guarda además en el navegador un identificador de instalación, que se envía con las estadísticas. Según Google, Google Analytics no registra ni almacena direcciones IP. Las funciones publicitarias, la personalización de anuncios y Google signals están desactivadas.
Finalidad: ver qué partes de la app se usan, para saber qué mejorar.
Base jurídica: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a del RGPD; art. 4.5 de la Ley rumana 506/2004).
Conservación: las estadísticas vinculadas al identificador de la cookie se conservan 2 meses; los totales sin identificadores, más tiempo.
Si eliges Rechazar, o nada, Google Analytics no se carga y no se guarda ninguna cookie. Puedes retirar tu consentimiento cuando quieras en Ajustes → Tus datos → Estadísticas, con la misma facilidad con que lo diste: la recogida se detiene y se borran las cookies y el identificador de instalación. La retirada no afecta a lo recogido antes.
Si tienes menos de 16 años, pregunta a tu madre, a tu padre o a tu tutor antes de elegir Aceptar.
El alojamiento del sitio
El sitio lo sirve Firebase Hosting (Google). Para entregar las páginas, los servidores de Google reciben tu dirección IP; Firebase la conserva unos meses para proteger el servicio contra abusos. Base jurídica: el interés legítimo en entregar y proteger el sitio (art. 6.1.f del RGPD).
Destinatarios y transferencias
Google trata estos datos en nuestro nombre. Pueden tratarse fuera de la Unión Europea, también en Estados Unidos; Google LLC participa en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (Data Privacy Framework).
Otras conexiones, solo cuando las pides
Los otros instrumentos (piano brillante, piano eléctrico, clavecín, vibráfono, caja de música) se descargan de GitHub Pages (gleitz.github.io) la primera vez que eliges uno; GitHub recibe entonces tu dirección IP.
El botón de la taza de café (Apoyar) abre Ko-fi, un sitio aparte con su propia política de privacidad.
Las fuentes forman parte de la app: no se carga nada de Google Fonts.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir el acceso a tus datos, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación de su tratamiento y una copia en un formato portable, y oponerte al tratamiento basado en el interés legítimo: escribe a morfopalooza@gmail.com. Las estadísticas son seudónimas: están vinculadas a una cookie y no a tu nombre, así que para encontrarlas quizá necesitemos el identificador de tu cookie _ga. También tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad rumana de protección de datos, ANSPDCP: B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Sector 1, Bucarest, www.dataprotection.ro, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro (o ante la autoridad de tu país).
